Dr. Oz Talks Smoking

Go to your DVR right now and program Oprah on Tuesday. America's favorite Dr. is going to talk about quiting smoking. He's going to discuss the new medications, like Chantix and how to quit this addiction that's as difficult as quitting Heroin.

DVR. Now. Tuesday.

I have seen Dr. Oz talk about smoking on Oprah and he even showed a black lung for the viewers. Queen Latifaha saw it and quit. She sent in a video thank you to Oprah and Dr. Oz. It motivated me for all of five minutes (that was early last year!) Now I want a copy for myself and to use for my health class. (yep, I actually teach health to teenagers...go figure! I do not have a DVR/VCR as it broke. Let me know if I can buy a copy from you.
Peace,
Diva

Much harder than quitting heroin.

Which isn't that hard from what I understand, but I'm sure if I generalize I'll get into trouble.

Thanks Tracee... Will do! He is a great guy, I know him because he was my Dad's dr. Always nice to have some reinforcement, so I can't wait. I'm at about day 32 and still determined to be a quitter! I wish there was Chantix 10 years ago, I really do.
